The latest Share of Ear data suggests a clear upward trend for mobile devices, which is directly reducing your time spent listening to audio on conventional broadcast AM/FM radio receivers:

While the majority of American listening in 2014 took place on AM/FM receivers, they will be soon surpassed by smartphones. within 2023.

The increasing growth of mobile devices has overtaken traditional broadcast audio listening on AM/FM radio receivers as the most prevalent trend among Americans aged 13 and older.
